Jeannie Frazier is the founder and Principal CEO of Learning Jeannie, a company that specializes in Learning & Development consulting and Leadership Development consulting, facilitation, and courses. She has over 22 years of successful experience in Learning & Development, having worked for FranklinCovey, Wilson Learning, Gartner, Korn Ferry, and General Electric.

Jeannie has worked throughout the country with all sizes of organizations across all industries to drive results through human performance improvement. She specializes in Learning & Development and Leadership Development. Jeannie refers to herself as a Learning & Development advocate and frequently gives back to the L&D community through various volunteer roles and events:

• She served as the Vice President of Membership for the Association of Talent Development Nebraska Chapter (ATD) and is currently the Director of Member Experience.

• She started her own Learning & Development networking group where she facilitates quarterly meetings attended by over 165 organizations to learn more about relevant topics, such as coaching, creating a learning culture, ensuring learning results, and Learning & Development trends.

• She presents yearly at ATD Nebraska programs, conferences, and Trainers Institute.

• In 2025, she spoke at Iowa’s ATD Professional Development Day and will be speaking at Omaha’s OD Network monthly program, ATD’s national conference, and the State of Nebraska’s Learning & Development conference.

Jeannie has been continually recognized for her work in the Talent Development space:

• In 2020, Jeannie received the “Presenter of the Year” award for ATD Nebraska.

• In 2023-2024, Jeannie and the Director of Member Experience were recognized with two ATD “Sharing Our Success” awards regarding student membership and sponsorship and automated recognition emails.

• In 2024, Jeannie received the “Learning & Development Innovator of the Year” award for ATD Nebraska. She is most proud of this recognition as it was voted on by 250 of her peers in Talent Development.
